Edward Loar wins Louisiana Open (The Associated Press)

BROUSSARD, La. (AP) -- Edward Loar won the Louisiana Open on Sunday for his second Web.com Tour title, closing with a 2-under 69 in windy conditions for a two-stroke victory over Morgan Hoffmann.
