Lexi Thompson remains on top in Alabama (The Associated Press)

PRATTVILLE, Ala. (AP) -- Defending champion Lexi Thompson shot a 3-under 69 on Friday to take a one-stroke lead into weekend play in the Navistar LPGA Classic.
