Webb Simpson fired rounds of 68-68 on the weekend to come from behind and win the U.S. Open by a shot over Graeme McDowell and Michael Thompson in a foggy final round at The Olympic Club. McDowell missed a 25-foot birdie try on the final hole to force a playoff.
