Fernandez-Castano edges Mulroy to win Italian Open (The Associated Press)

FIANO, Italy (AP) -- Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano of Spain won the Italian Open on Sunday for the second time, edging South Africa's Garth Mulroy by two strokes.
